Is there any possibility or how to transfer a posts because I want to transfer the posts from my IPB to the MyBB.

Well as we don't know how the IPB backup system works, how would we know??

Maybe try selecting just data, that's how MyBb does it.

I suggest you keep an eye on the Merge system: http://www.mybboard.net/downloads/merge-system

Currently there isn't a module for IPB of any version, but it will be available shortly.
