REMARK:
i have set in Admin-Control as belows:
- General Configuration > Default Language , i have set Thai already
- Control Panel Preferences (Global) > Control Panel Language, i have set Thai already
- and upload, inc/languages i have set CHMOD777 already
but not work, still can read Thai language !!!!!! pls HELP

If I were you I'd remove those .gif images from the index, it takes so long to load, infact I can't get past the index.

As I could see there ir a HTML problem and not a MyBB problem. The language characters that appear the browser didn't recognize them because the HTML says that are wrong ones. That's called the
Character Set
One example:
A Thai web with the wrong codification (UTF8):

As you colud see I can't read anything.
The same web with the right codification (TIS-620):

Now is a normal Thai web.
You have to set the next line of code in your HTML:
<meta http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=TIS-620">
BTW: your forum have been hacked? How?

BUT, now i still can't fix for Langauge ..please find Error Langauge
i confendent & sure that MYBB error but i can't find the Error position to fix!! Because (as attached file-image) Thai language is can not read (error!)
