Nice site, I would suggest putting "rejected requests" as a sub-forum under Requests
At the moment you transition from a fabulously designed website into a forum theme that consists of two shades of gray (and two that are not particularly pleasant); I'd suggest changing that.
Overall, I s'pose the forum theme is a bit dull compared to the rest of your website. (Although admittedly the entire site is a bit trite, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.) You might want to consider adding some green and the "vista effect" to your forum theme. (I'm referring to the style of your menu bar, and I am not aware of a better name for that particular effect.)
I smell the potential for major overselling from the amounts that you are willing to give people.
