The date of previous placed bans (before the upgrade) are shown like they were placed on the day (and hour) the forums have been upgraded to 1.4.1.

I saw other dates also have this problem, I'll go through them again if you want me to.

(Upgrade: 1.2.14 => 1.4.1)

Ran the upgrade on 19/08, and no, I didn't ban anyone on that date.

That's because there is no "banned" date stored before 1.4, so the only way to fill in that field is to set it to the time of the upgrade.
