I have the same problem, but it seems like only members can not see them

First of all - love the theme you've got.

Secondly, can you tell me if the showthread_quickreply template exists, as well as in the showthread template if $quickreply is down the bottom somewhere?

Sadly.. both codes exist , yet none of them work. I can always copy the quick reply box code directly into the ShowThread bit, but it will also show with guests (which is a minor problem). The problem is, though, if I do the same with the avatar, it will cause broken images for avatars that don't exist. What I mean by copying it directly is replacing the $quickreply variable with the code itself.

*Just noticed that I have exactly the same problems with hanz. The avatars show when the user is logged off :|

User: Test
Pass: Test123

Nothing's wrong with the board itself. You just need to tell your users to change these settings to their liking:

Thread View Options
Display users' signatures in their posts.
Display users' avatars in their posts.
Show the quick reply box on the view thread page.

in their Edit Options page.
