I am a super admin I can't edit a normal admin or my self in the modcp.
Is this a bug or is this a mistake of my?

Maybe your settings are wrong.

It is a bug and it is fixed for the next maintenance release. Your bug report was marked duplicate, not bogus.

Your bug report - they are either real, duplicate (been said more than once) or bogus (not real).
