Hello, first post in theese forums oh well

I wonder if its possible to make the portal show up before forums like making the link www.yoursite.com/portal/forums instead of www.yoursite.com/forums/portal
Is it possible? If so how to do it?

You can use the plugin DennisTT made. You can get it here or here.

Just copy the file into the plugins folder and activate it in your Admin-CP.
