The random quotes should be able to show both text & html and the quotes should be managed through admincp(e.g. board messages)

I want to place it in the middle of the header(at the right side of logo)....
I myself can think about the styling later & the required files for making a plugin(if someone needs) are attached. I was never good at mybb things & was always with vbulletin. So if someone can make me a plugin of it(without any extra query) I would be very much thankful.
