On my forum, http://forumpromotion.org, I am looking at my forum, and it says that there are no new posts. But as soon as I click on one, I see there are like 5 new topics.

What's causing this?

When on your Forum Index, try refreshing the page a few times.

It's probably myBB and your browser caching the pages...

Yeah all that is is a case of refreshing the pages.
