I'm currently using SmartFTP to try to upload files in the Upload folder to my website, but all I get is the sub folders within Upload, no files at all. This is really confusing. I have absolutely NO experience with FTP at all so I really have no idea what I'm doing. I've read the Wiki page but I just don't get it... My host is 000webhost if anyone has experience with them.

EDIT: I've uploaded the files using the file manager integrated in the Control Panel. Now I just need to chmod the files, right?

It seems I can't access the files on my site. I created a directory "Forum" and the files are in there yet I can't access it. Site is located here.
