I want to upgrade from 1.00 Release Candidate 4 to Release 2

How can i do that step by step please.

BACK UP YOUR DATA BASE!!!

Download the PR2 file here: http://www.mybboard.net/mybb_pr2.zip

Then unzip it and navigate through those files and look for "docs" folder. Read through those and see how to upgrade.

But if it's all the same to you, here's a quick and dirty way of having to upgrade. First, do the first two steps I gave you uptop. Then upload everything found in the "upload" folder and replace it over your forum files/folders (with the exception of inc/config.php and inc/settings.php!!).

Then, go to install/upgrade.php with your browser and follow the steps.

In mybb_pr2.zip there is no docs folder.

Well, I guess you can make do without the docs folder. If you have installed a mybb before, then it shouldn't be a sweat upgrading as well. Just follow my other steps and then follow the steps you see when you run the upgrade script itself.
