when i upgrade finish, my forum INDEX.php & ADMIN/INDEX.php error40 ...pls see image

pls help me please

It seems that it didn't finish the upgrade.

But if you think it has finished, delete the install directory and this message dessapears...

i have upgrade completed because when i upgrade completed, Mybb inform us like attached file image
