How can edit MyBB so the menu is all in a <div> or <table> of some sort and how do you change where it appears?

This is because I want my menu in a bar (like div class=thead) that is directly under the logo with no space.

How is it possible to change all this around?

Generally I want instructions to style and reposition the menu, logo and 'Welcome back, Guest' section.

I just need to know the template to expand to find all this information. From there I can cope with customization.
