Dunno, if this is a bug, but important threads should show on every forum display page, right? Or this is not in Mybb? Any code modifications to do that?

Don't announcements do this?...

Just add an announcment to that particular forum - I don't know of any BB that puts stickies on every page...

Sticked threads are at the top of that particular forum, announcments go to the top of every forum, if you want them to.

It's designed to be shown only on the first page of the forum. Announcements show on all pages.
