How do you delete a members' account, please?

Admin cp > users & groups > search for users and delete the account there

Thanks but half of the page doesn't load.

First it gives me a whole page full of stuff, it flashes, then only that parts opf it shows.

You delete it on the actual users page.

/admin/index.php?module=user/users

After searching for a member you go to the right and find options > delete account

I am a newbie and probably being stupid, but I can't find any 'options' on the right
