Where do I go in the Theme/Template to edit image locations such as images/minion.gif, buddy_online.gif, etc..?

How do I edit the color of the text when people post?

And last question . Is it possible to edit the size of the "Submit Post" buttons, because my forum theme is small and the buttons are rather large. :/
