Is there anyway to add a few promotion groups such as bronze for 50 posts then when they reach like 100 the get moved from bronze to silver?

Is there anyway to do this?
Group promotions confuse me

Well that's the point of it, that's what it does... make one called bronze for 50 posts, and make one called silver for 100 posts.
