Have you ever experienced extremle slow upload on your webserver and not quite as slow download?

Options :
1) YES
2) Not quite as slow as 7kb a min
3) NO

If it's a "paid" host, complain to them. If it's a free host, you gets what ya pay for!

If your uploading that slowly I would say find a different host .

Wow, I get mad when I'm seeing 100KBps upload speeds... then again I cap out at 125KBps.
