Hello, I upgraded from 1.2.12 to 1.4 and have a couple of poblems.

1, my forum is now displayed raw without a theme.

2, I keep getting logged out of admin cp every time I click something in admin cp.

3, Admin cp, User cp & Mod cp is unavailable from links in welcome panel. Links at the top of the foum dont work.

I get this error when I am in themes cp

The following errors were encountered:

* The selected template set does not exist. Please select a valid template set.
* Please enter a name for this theme.
* The selected template set does not exist. Please select a valid template set.
* The selected editor theme does not exist. Please select a valid editor theme.

I deactivated/deleted all custom plugins & themes before upgrade, I dont under stand why this has not gone smoothly

I am trying to import default theme from install/resources on my desktop but I cannot because I am being logged out of admin cp between each time.

1) Open up inc/settings.php and fix your cookie settings. I can't tell you exactly what to change unless you provide me with the url to your forum

2) Once you get into the ACP, under Templates go to "Find Updated Templates" and go through that process to upgrade your templates to work with MyBB 1.4's
