However, part of the filename is hard-coded in /inc/functions_forumlist.php, so you can't change that with template edits.

I realize I put the HEX codes in, but EXACTLY where do I put them??
I put them in post_body/content and nothing changes.
CSS... try and work it out, it isn't that hard, we can't explain every single little step.
