I am trying to delete 2 custom template sets. I have deleted the associated themes but do not get the option in the drop down menu of the "manage templates sets" to delete them. It still says "Used by:
my theme".

Thanks for your help. I'm in a bigger mess since my first post. Don't ask how, because I don't know. What I am trying to do is delete the Mr Blues Sky's and other duplicate template sets. But I can't get it to give me the option.

Well they'll be wherever you uploaded them.
Try removing it all and installing it again.
you must first delete the themes relating to these templates then you can delete them from adminCP
