How would I go about creating a new page for MyBB 1.4?

Have you looked at the Custom Pages mods/plug ins?

Wouldn't this kinda post be better suited in a 1.4 forum?

Yes I have, nothing helps. All I want to do is know how to create a new page that will include all needed MyBB files so I can use it as a forum-like page.

No. They updated Custom Pages for 1.4.
