Hey im having problem

Im trying to convert from smf to mybb.

Ive uploaded & installed mybb 1.4 i think and uploader the converter folder into the same folder where mybb then i visit http://runefantasy.org/forum/convert/ and it says:

MyBB needs to be installed before you can convert.

I dont get it because mybb is installed and i still get the messaage
Please help me.

The MyBB merge system does not work with 1.4 currently. It is currently being updated for 1.4.

If you want to convert, you must convert through 1.2, then upgrade to 1.4.

Oh where can i dl 1.2?
