I can see that your website is remotely hosted by FreeMybb. They will probably not allow you to use FTP. Anyway, there is a good FTP tut at Wikipedia. Can be reached here:

I noticed that you have a free forum hosted with my service, freemybb.com. Unfortunately we do not allow users to have FTP access to our server because it is a security risk.

If there is a theme or plugin you need installed on your forum you can request it at the Official WebringAmerica Support Forums. Unfortunately these nice folks here won't be able to help you much because of the restrictions I have placed on server access as well as the custom version of MyBB that freemybb.com uses. Smile
