Currently when you click a subscribed thread in the UserCP you go the the beginning of the thread, it's safe to assume that if you already subscribed the thread, you already read the first posts of the thread, and where you want to go are the newest unread posts by you.
Sometimes you get sent to the first page where posts are over a year old. Then have to click through pages (there's both no go to last page, or go to first unread, buttons to click)
