Was it a customized theme? You may have to re-load it in that case.

Well his theme is gone, quite obvious really.
CHMOD your cache folder to 777 to begin with, clear your cache, and see what that does.
Try refreshing your page, or did you install the images to the right place?

ahh..sorry how to clear cache ??sorry for my ignorance,on another bulletin board there is separate panel on admcp to clear/purge cache.but i can't find it on mybb.please honestly,can you tell me..
It should only be a CHMOD problem or lack of a CSS sheet.

CHMOD the cache folder to 777 and the files to 666, and the CSS can be found in the sticky thread.
