i want to change(actually add) something in this plugin

i want to replace <a.*?>.*?</a>
ex:<a href="http://google.com>click</a>
& also
&lt;a.*?&gt;.*?&lt;/a&gt;
ex: &lt;a href="http://google.com&gt;click&lt;/a&gt;
with message of plugin which says : "reply then you can see the links"
