But does it really give info on how to really make a processor? Cuz i dont see why'd intel do that if they wanna profit i they give out these things

And as others said it's not cheap. Even once you get past all the machinery the time and materials aren't worth it when you could just buy it.

When u work for 400-500max or minimum
And then pay gsm,power bill, water bill and foodd it all goes to zero
You would need to figure out how to layout the circuits, and then get a cleanroom, and then get the stuff for etching the silicon, etc.
Just go get a CPU from intel, much simpler.
