I added some new Member Titles that awarded more stars to higher post counts, but realized they messed up my layout so I removed the member titles. However, the higher stars are still there! How can I get rid of them?

I just want it to go back to the member titles we have now.
Never mind, I have fixed it. I'll detail what happened.
I had Member Titles going up to 1000 posts for 6 stars. I added some leading up to 4000 posts for 9 stars, but the 9 stars messed up my table. So, I deleted them all back down to the original ones, 1000 posts for 6 stars, but some of my users still had 9 stars.
I fixed it by going to the 6 star title, changing it to 0, saving, then changing it back to 6. I don't know if this constitutes a bug or not.
