I wish i were smarter or something to do this.. but i dont kno what to do, if someone could do this for me i would appreciate it so much.

What part are you having trouble with? It's best if you learn how to update yourself. We can certainly help explain it.

you just backup your files and go ahead
It's extremely easy.
Upload the changed files. Visit ./install/upgrade.php. Do what it says in there. Delete/lock the install directory.
