if I have subscribed a discussion and now i'm not allowed to access to this discussion, I still recive the Email with the post preview ...

Maybe just delete the subscription??

This has happened to me on here though and I think the subscription should automatically deleted if the thread is not accessible anymore.

we also think that if the forum is not acessibile the mails are not sent or subscription automatic deleted, instead it still receives the mails.

yes because , in this way you can still read in the thread that you cant read ...
