i use
Afresh Pearl theme but now no mod is work with my new theme can any one say me how to active mod in this theme

How exactly doesn't it work. You need to be a bit more specific.

Are you using the Afresh Pearl Templates?? These will be default from the theme so won't have the customisations.

i use :| default i dont get tempalte in this theme

Well, yes you do, I installed 5 Afresh themes, including Pearl, and they all came with their own template set.
