The best way to get your question answered is to follow these instructions:
1) If you've created a thread about the issue, stick to that one, and don't make replies to all other threads which seem to have the same issue. That way, all information we have found are consolidated in one thread, and not in several places
2) Follow through with the suggestions that users and staff have posted. If something doesn't work, then post exactly the steps you have taken, any errors, and what doesn't work.
