My question is is it possible to change the position of a post
for e.g
I have a post "100" and I want to make it "1", is it possible?
I'm not quite sure what you want.
Do you want to just lower the post count?? You can do that under Edit User.
The simple answer is: No it is not possible from the front-end of MyBB to move the position of the post within a thread.
The advanced answer is: Yes it is possible, but I would personally not recommend it. You will need to go into phpMyAdmin. Find and edit the post in mybb_posts, and change the dateline to something smaller than the first post in the thread. Or you could arbitrarily change it to something like 946706400 (which is January 1, 2000). See
