can any one say me how to update 1.4.1 to 1.4.2

say easy way

The only way is to upload the changed files and run the upgrader, that's what you do for all upgrades...

u meen i have to overwrite all 1.4.2 forum :| file then i have to run upgrate .php file ?

No, you overwrite the changed files in the changed files zip. And then you run the upgrade script.

It is likely that your host disabled remote fetching of files. I suggest you to subscribe to the MyBB mailing list (www.mybboard.net). Subscribers will be emailed once a new version is released.
