I thought they were asking you to please explain the details to them b/c they didn't have the readme file in there to explain it....not to explain why there was no readme...LOL
And a couple of posts prior to that you rolled your eyes at that person.

But nevermind. My bad for posting about it. I did a search on how to install themes, and it took me to this thread.
