when im on the admin cp, every time the page changes i have to sign back in. is there any way to fix this because its quite annoying.

have you got cookies enabled?
sometimes that can be the cause

Yeah that's what I asked for the URL for, to give him the correct cookie settings... he doesn't seem to want an answer to his question now though
