Can anyone help me Huh I am building my own forum community but I need a graphic designer who have a photoshop or gimp please anyone volunteer please? my forum opening is very soon.

Well you can get GIMP for free and then just follow tutorials. My graphic skills died a long time ago Blush. But practice makes perfect(or as my gym teacher said "Perfect practice makes perfect").
