Steps to reproduce:

1. Create the following theme structure:
- MyBB Master Style
-- MyBB Default Theme
-- My Test Theme
--- Test 1 (child of My Test Theme)
--- Test 2 (child of My Test Theme)

2. Create a new stylesheet for the theme My Test Theme.

As you can see now the new stylesheet is attached to the themes My Test Theme and Test 1 but not Test 2. It seems that new stylesheets of custom parent themes are only attached to the first child.
