is there a scirpt that i can set the ammount of time a user is in a group for and then they are moved back to there defalt after that time ends?

i dont mean a banned group,

You could try using the banned feature for this - just make a new group with the appropriate permissions, and mark the group as a banned group...

And if you do, update the permissions so people can access your forums.

Interesting idea...I have to look at that code and see what I can do with the functions. I really like to use whatever I can inside mybb whenever I can. Why write a function when I can call one already written.
