I cant find this code in templates:

Gender: <b><img src="images/Male.png" alt="Male"><br></b></span>

I want to change image source to Male.gif. Please, help me.

This isn't a default MyBB feature, it's one of Lex's plugins, and this forum isn't for plugins.

But try looking in Global Templates.
