Hello i just have upgraded from 1.2.12 to 1.4.2 and everything seems to work fine , expept some plugins that work at all, and that at the post there is no username and the avatar that was previoulsy..
What can i do?

Hardly any 1.2 plugins will work with 1.4 - you should have overwritten every file really.

Try reverting ALL the changed templates - sometimes the upgrader doesn't do it and you'll need to have them as default.

Yeah, check the Mods section, most of the big ones have been updated by now.

hello again, i opened a new subforum. A user posted a new thread, but he cannot access it now:
"You do not have permission to access this page"
What is the problem?

In the permissions for that forum, make sure the usergroup can view threads in the forum.

yes it can.I have set the permissions.. the user posted the thread..

Yeah there's a possibility they can post threads fine but not view threads.

In the Permissions section for the forum, click 'Set Permissions' next to the usergroup - you'll find some more permission settings, make sure everything there is ok.
