I wonder how I can change subject of thread, my users writing a lot threads and some the have really ugly subject with stars dash, dot etc...

Just full edit the first post, you can change it there, or you can click the thread title on the thread listing page but hold down the mouse button, a text box should appear and you can edit it there.
