is there any way for setup adsence in heder but only guest can see this after registry user dont get addsence

looking for same,I have seen in most of VBforum with header advertisements, also in thread advertisements....

Mybb were having cool adsence support with adsence after 1st post named plugin which was giving adsence in header / footer / and in threads..

can any one make something for this?
