Does anyone know how to integrate the log ins with a website and its forum so they only have to login once throughout the whole site.

Meaning that you can have one login valid across both your Web site and forum.

can anyone please help me

Have you looked at any of the threads in the "User Submitted Tutorials" forum? I think there should be at least one or two in there about site integration.
