Thanks. I really can't do much with the colors since they are based on the logo and I really don't want to spend the money for a new logo or time redoing the whole site.

Add some padding, I'd say. You should fit it into the website template (for me it took only about two hours, for you it'll be much shorter) but I think you should rework your website design first.
Especially the logo without any border etc. doesn't fit in.
Redoing the site shouldn't be very much work, really. Take a weekend and it's done.

Heh, actually I removed the website and forum templates last week as I've hired a designer to redo the website, once it's finished I will intergrate the forum and WHMCS into the new design.
