When I am trying to log out my account, that damn message always but when I clear the cookies, it will log out.
Do you run a custom theme? Maybe one designed for an older version of MyBB?
I am 1.4 the link you gave is for 1.2.8.
I suggest you try what that thread suggests rather than telling me that I am wrong.
It's the same message so I am assuming it is the same problem and you have not bothered to search.

Get one that works for 1.4
Also, if you're using a theme that is having this problem, that means that your theme was (likely) to have been made for the early 1.2 series, meaning you will be missing out on a lot of 1.4 features.
We really can't help - manually update your theme (steps outlined via the thread I gave you a link to) or get one that was made for the 1.4 series.
