when i want to view the attachments a user has uploaded to my site, i click the filename link and it takes me to a generic template page with the body of the message stating "The specified thread does not exist."
this also happens when trying to view orphaned attachments
it only happens with some attachments though i can't find any pattern...

are these just deleted attachments or....?
