I have done this with many many themes, but I just can't figure out how to do it with IVGEO's IvGeo_V2.

I want to add a Welcome for only guests, but the Welcome Block for Guests (header_welcomeblock_guests) is only for the top. I wish to add it after the
Discuss Admin
At the top.

I think it is not possible without using any conditional statements. And that is not an option in Mybb.

Maybe creating a plugin for something like that?

That would help, but even with a plugin, there is a designated location to put the coding.

EDIT: Oh, and there is such a thing, I've done it with many other themes.

I think you need to create another template, the edit the global.php file to match your template name. Erase everything in your header_welcomeblock_guest template and put the new code in the new template.
