Guys I get this error message:

* The language you selected does not exist. Please select an existing language.

when trying to change a normal registered user to moderator, admin, or any other group.

Anyone can chip in some ideas on how to fix this issue?

It says to select an existing language so do that.

Basically make sure they language they have selected isn't 'Default'.

Also try and search the forums next time, there's enough threads on this.

As I said above, in the settings for that user, choose a language that isn't 'Default'.
